To provide and manage facilities, personnel and services in order to diagnose and treat patients of the facility. Patient care shall be provided without regard to race, religion, creed, color, sex or national origin, and in conformance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

To provide appropriate facilities and needed services to serve the needs of its patients and to maintain high quality in patient care; to improve the standard of healthcare services in the community; to encourage education and training of the facility’s employees and medical staff members.

To carry on such educational and/or recreational activities related to rendering care to the sick and injured and the promotion of health as may be justified by the facilities, personnel, funds or other resources that are, or can be made, available.

To manage, operate, or participate in, so far as facility policy, circumstances and available funds may warrant, any activity designed and carried on to promote the general health of the community.

To maintain a level of financial viability to support the growth of the facility and to support the ongoing needs of the facility and its patients now and in the future.
