The Face & Body Center of Plastic and Hand Surgery Associates Reviews
Awesome Experince - After visiting just about every Surgeon in MS and LA, I saw Dr. Davidson, I knew right then he was my pick. In October 2016 I went in to the office and he drained my 450 each breast saline implants. No pain so simple, sent me home and said come back in 6 weeks. Mind you I still had the bags in. Thought this would be hard really never knew they were there. I had some pre-cancerous spots...
Great doctor! He was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He didn't make me feel like he had to hurry. Highly recommend!!

I am grateful to Dr. Brantley and his staff for providing me with exceptional care.

What to Expect
Otoplasty is an outpatient procedure that normally requires only local anesthesia. Small incisions will be made around the ears to allow your surgeon better access to the cartilage. Cartilage can then be manipulated by removing, reshaping, and reforming to repair the ears for an improved, symmetrical look. Excess skin from the ear can also be removed if needed. Ear surgery is commonly used to pin back protruding ears, repair earlobes, reshape, and resize to provide natural-looking results. The length of the surgery depends on the technique and the condition of your ears.
Anticipated Results
Following ear surgery, the ears will be dressed to provide protection. The dressing will remain in place for around five days for children and two days for adults. There’s little pain or discomfort associated with otoplasty, but you should expect to experience tenderness and swelling. It’s crucial that pediatric patients not touch or bother their ears while they are healing. Results are long standing and should provide years of positive benefits for patients.
