Welcome to our Patient Portal! The Patient Portal is a feature that will allow you to access parts of your medical record, respond to messages from staff members, and view and pay your account balances.

To access your account, please follow these steps:

• Click on the link within the email and follow the registration process to set up and access your account
• After registration, you may continue to access your account at any time by selecting your browser and by going to Patient Portal. We recommend saving this page as a “Favorite.”
• Simply enter your email address and your current password that you set during the registration proc
• The invitation link above is only valid for 30 days and will no longer be valid once you have registered. If you do not activate your account within that time frame, we’ll need to resend you the invitation link. Just contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.

Remember, the Patient Portal is NOT to be used for urgent needs. For medical emergencies, please dial 911.
